Still a bit tanic so it will last through 2022. Strong flavor of black cherry with a deep undertone of pomegranate with acidity still left. Some hints of black pepper on the nose with a beautiful finish of plum. Beautiful burgundy overall yet there were signs of seepage under the cork after removing the capsul.

Up several points from last bottle. Damp forest floor, sour dark cherry. It’s put on a little weight. In a very good drinking window at the moment. Excellent village level wine, great QPR. Perfect foil for spring rolls, dumplings, noodles and fried rice on Super Bowl Sunday.

Proper food wine with some very bright acidity. Light bodied and somewhat thin, put pretty enough. Nice earthy, mushroomy nose. Not a superstar but a workhorse village Bourgogne.

Decanted an hour before dinner, could have used a bit more. Opened up nicely over dinner. Descriptors similar to my last note. Note a great wine and a mediocre value, but a nice wine that should improve over the next few years.

Very fresh and pure, unfortunately the acidity is rather overwhelming at present. Even with food it's not enjoyable.
Wait until 2016.
