Rockss and Fruit

(Van Volxem "Wiltinger Braunfels") Nose of fig, tangelo, tropical fruits and chalk. Clean nose. Palate of tremendous complexity and waves of tropical fruits, stone and chalk. Crunchy and concentrated but with great elegance. Definetly does a dance on the palate as the acid/sweetness tension is presented deftly. Brilliant.
