Decent Riesling, Aussie style. Not near as thick and viscous as it's German cousins, this leans more toward lime flavors, just like a lime Sweet Tart. May be a little on the sweet side. Instead of Granny Smith Apple style acidity, this one has crushed lime peel acidity. Light golden color. Somewhat subdued nose of light pineapple, lemon lime, honey and green apple. The very refreshing, strongly acidic palate has youngish, top of the palate coating pineapple, peach pear, and lots of lime.

very sweet and syrupy, a bit medicinal - we prefer a drier riesling but this was pretty good for a slightly sweet version
