A Bojo-Jadot-fest ahead of a ski trip to Zermatt. Started with the 2007 Grand Carquelin ahead of two bottles of the 2011 Jadot moulin a vent. The carquelin is one classy wine but still enjoyed the two 2011s.
Now this is banging! Fourteen of ye olde English pounds gets you a wine that is layered with Burgundian richness and nuance - this is more Gevrey than Moulin. Great wine. This will funk up into a badass mofo.
