  Lunch at Kani Doraku Main Branch, Osaka. Clear like water. Soft texture. Full bodied, dense. Fruity, notes of rich musk melon and honey with a slightly sweet after taste. Really quite lovely. Excellent with the crab course lunch. SMV +2, 16-17% abv. 12/2023 production.

  Rich, oily, quite sweet on the attack, almost cloying. Still, pretty good purity, would be excellent with spicy foods. At sake happy hour w/MD, BJ. Feels like -2 not +2.

  Very delicate and smooth. Faint white stone fruit on the nose and excellent creaminess, good acidity, and a long finish.
  
  The first sake I've ever truly enjoyed, probably due to it's subtlety.
