Light bodied and dominated by sweet red fruit -- mostly cherries with a little bit of strawberry. Probably a bit too early on this, though I"m not sure how much better it would get, and it's really drinking quite well now. I could drink this all Fall -- wish I had more, especially at $16.
Certainly doesn't have the weight or fat fruit of the 2009. Yet there is charm here. But in this bottle a bit "thin" through the mid, maybe a touch closing down. So I think its time to sock them away for a while. But with a Bourgogne, how long is long? Or too long? I think put it down and wait for two years.
