Every time I tip this offering I am more impressed. Just enough butter for elegance, yet pristine salinity and soft acidity to balance it all out. Bottle never lingers long once opened.

layers of flavor with just the right amount of toasted oak. Grilled pineapple, green apple, pear, cut grass, madrone skin and a wisp of sea air. Salinity with acid with a little butter. Great with all kinds of food. I like it best a little cooler than room temperature.

Fancy enough along, but shines when experimentally pairing.

I feel like this has put on some weight since the last time I tasted it. Agree with previous commenters on the salinity. It's subtle. Great stuff.

A bit off, cork was a bit dry too, so did not rate this bottle, but same saline fruit as previously, a bit muted.
