  First bottle out of a case.
  Light golden hue, appropriate at 19 years.
  Really nice aromatic nose showing the excellent ripeness of the vintage.
  softer acidity, again reflecting the vintage, but sufficient to hold everything together.
  Great typicity with the "curry" aromas strongly present.
  one of the riper Vin Jaune that I have ever tasted, but still balanced.
  long finish.
  Perhaps less of an upside than other VJ that I have tasted, but time will tell.
