Super belles bulles dune maison qu'on aime bien!
Super frais, ample et bien droit.
Citrons meyer, limettes, brioche et salinité.
C'est bien vineux et délicieux.
Super long avec une belle vivacité.

No formal note, I don't drink enough champagne to make an intelligent statement on this bottle other than I enjoyed it.

This champagne was a delightful surprise. Lemon, energetic, balanced, yet deep and toasty. This bottle had some oxidation that I didn't get from the 1st bottle.

Lovely bright yellow color with a bouquet and flavor dominated by citrus, with just a bit of dilute balsamic vinegar in the finish. More fruity than most old Champagnes. Moderate bubbles that dissipated quite quickly. Very good balance and nuance with a fairly long finish. A great choice for my wife's birthday and a good match for the lobster salad. Drink it up if you have any. Second bottle very similar.
