  Dry straw on the nose with a hint of stone fruit. Tiny smooth bubbles with a nice cheek clenching bite on the finish.

  Classic Vintage Bore, perhaps. Well-made but lacks the complexity of even a Cava at half the price. Falls of a cliff right past mid-palate.
