  When first opened this has an intoxicating nose of tropical fruits. Honey, spice, floral notes on the palate. Bone dry. Biting acidity (not a bad thing), nicely balanced. Finishes long, spicy, some beautiful tropical fruit. It does fade a bit in the glass with time and air. so I'd drink these sooner than later. Lovely stuff on first impression.

  Don't usually like Gewurtraminers, but this was dry enough, for real, and had firm character. It frankly surprised us! Do drink it young.

  Apple juice and baking spices on the fresh, lively nose. Fleshy and deep. Apple cider flavors. I really like how the alcohol is almost completely indiscernible. This is solid and balanced.

  A very nice summer wine to have with a spicy grilled fish and vegetables. A bit on the sweet side.
