  Aging has integrated tannins. Piedmont perfume in a muscular modern barolo. I know modern and muscular is not synonymous, however I think apropos. Wine is fantastic..

  Happily, this bottle was much fresher and more delicious than the 8/9/19 bottle.

  this was very good. held it for so long so kind of had high expectations.
  
  decanted for 6-7 hours which i think is in order for any decent barolo if you really want to see what it can do.
  
  tannins are mostly resolved, acid, waning but completely delicious fruit, are very balanced and fine. this wine is such pleasure to drink. clean and on point. long finish. wow.
