  tasted over 2 hrs, heavy mold beneath the foil
  -translucent light gold
  -initial mild reduction blows off then subtle white flower citrus white pepper
  -med acidity provides a solid backbone through to the finish, med weight and quite viscous with a delicate softness, really blossoms with more complexity after warming in glass for an hour, sappy almost salty residue remains on fairly long finish
  -elegant subtle more about texture than flavors

  Light on the nose. Crispy citrus with a bit of mineral but well-balanced on the palate. Lovely wine AGAIN (my 2nd bottle of the past year or so)

  Loved this wine. Very crisp,grapefruit aromas, with a more subdued citrus note on the palate, plus a lovely minerality. Bring on the oysters. I definitely would buy more. I need to try more aligote
