Light golden color. Tight on the nose, but showing a little river rock and yellow apple. Medium+ body, medium acid and finish, a luscious, viscous texture and mouthfeel, and flavors of lemon, mineral, and hazelnut. Not complex, but enjoyable w/ seafood.

Used the remaining half bottle (Coravin) in the rabbit a la moutard sauce, which worked well.

One went to a party a while back. It drank just ok. Notes later.
We used a Coravin half of the other bottle to make French onion soup.

Mostly citrus on the palate. A bit one dimensional. Shows some mineral flavors as well. Drink now.
