Very consistent and absolutely at peak. A very cote d’Or-style Chardonnay — rich and very slight hints of oak — but with a distinct honeysuckle character. Very minerally. Balanced. Crowd pleaser. Don’t think this will improve further but no signs of fading either.

The Thirteenth Annual Stonefields Dinner (Guelph, Ontario, Canada): Nose shows lime, white flowers, lemon zest, and subtle nutty notes. The palate is mineral driven with pure lemon custard, quince, burnt lemon and lime. Finish is medium + with a touch a unresolved alcohol coming through.

Feels like this is fading a bit. Still good though. Second day very flat.
