Bought at an auction for around 60 CHF. Level MS/HS. PnP. The cork disintegrated into a thousand pieces upon opening.
Very dark crimson and healthy color. The nose was what struck me the most: old library, spices, leather.
Surprisingly youthful, the wine reminded me of Bordeaux bottles from the 50s or 60s. A great tasting experience and I am glad I could share this bottle with good friends.
