Pale clear yellow. Initial impression is of pears and citrus with a hint of vanilla. This is a reserved wine that if too cold loses a lot. Pears, flint, mineral, some apple, some other citrus all in the mid palate and the finish starts timid but picks up steam.
Clear light golden color. Nice wine with strong vanilla and butter nose. The pear fruit comes out the most from a fruit perspective. Finish was a bit short and could use a bit more acidity to balance it out. Overall a very good new world chardonnay.
