  Full glass out of the Coravin.
  
  Very dark, almost opaque in the middle, fanning out to purple at the rim.
  
  Smoke, earth, game, meat, burnt popcorn.
  
  Palate has come cocoa, some mushy blueberry. Texture is quite smooth and round, with some good grip on the back-end.
  
  Nose on this PnP seems way advanced, while the palate still comes off as relatively youthful. Interesting. Didn't like nor dislike.

  A nose of some dark fruit and spice, dark garnet in color. A medium to full bodied, Bordeaux blend, with blackberry, plum, licorice and spice on finish, very good. www.winelx.com

  Very shy nose on pop & pour but you can tell it has something to say. It just needs time. About 2-3 hours. The wine opened up on the nose, as well as the palate, offering dark blue fruit, spice, cigar, tobacco.Tannins and acidity were both forward but not unpleasant. Very nice wine for the price ($16) if you set your expectations appropriately. I may get another bottle and see what it’s like in five years.
  PS The wine oxidized a bit on day two, so…drink up!

  J'ai eu vraiment beaucoup de plaisir à boire ce beau Bordeaux aux tannins veloutés et à l'équilibre parfait. Déjà, son nez de pétales de rose fanés et de cuir fin met en appétit. La bouche, bien que pas très longue ni complexe, est exemplaire par son côté soyeux et son fruit généreux.
  Rien de bien compliqué. Juste du très bon vin à prix abordable.
  Pourquoi chercher plus loin?
