  Opened on Christmas and decanted for over 6 hours. No detailed notes as this was opened by my friend for dinner(thank you for hooking Kristin up Doctor @redz). Pretty much, all what I can expect from a nice aged CdP; complex fruits and flavours on the nose and palate with a smooth non-tannic profile.
