    Pronounced
    Sweet (117g/l) - very well-balanced
    Honey, ginger, pink grapefruit, candied orange peel, preserved lemon
    Medium acidity, medum alcohol (12%), Full-bodied
    Highly complex.
    Very long finish. Finishes clean.

    Lots of botrytis here, but very complex too. More on the ginger than floral of Gewurtz character. Ace.
