Bright and fresh, still, and not showing signs of age. Honey smooth Pinot Blanc that paired well with appetizers including emanthaler, bruschetta and prosciutto.

This is a good pinot blanc from Alsace. It has a bright, slightly sharp aroma, with a just a touch of fruit. I find minerality in the flavor, a little fruit, and this is more smooth than crisp to my taste. This has a light, pale straw color. A good pick with spicy sausage and cheese.
Tasted at about 62°F.

Pale straw color, light body without being too crisp. Lower acidity helps floral and melon flavors linger with a very slight hint of sweetness (but not a residual sugary sweetness). Hints of stone on the nose, but not the palate. Finish seems like it would linger due to mild amounts of tongue-coating body, then disappears in a snap - refreshing without being crisp. Very enjoyable.

I agree with Tanzer on this point, that it tastes like a pure varietal PB though that is not the case. Very dry and precise, crisp and floral. Nice, especially for the price.

Crisp, with a mineral backbone, has notes of Asian pear and mild floral notes. Lean but focused. Great food wine.
