  Organically farmed wine with a varietal composition of 96 % Aragones (Grenache) and 4 % Garnacha Roja, made from over 100-years-old vines. Aged for 12 months in American barriques. Decanted: two hours in advance. Dense cherry-red in color with some violet reflections on the rim and a fragrant nose of red currant, vanilla, balsamic tones and a touch of smoke. Complex, full-bodied palate, with nice red fruit elements and mature tannins, but it is much too oaky for my taste. Respectable finish.
  
  Een wijn uit bioteelt met een samenstelling van 96 % Aragones (Grenache) en 4 % Garnacha Roja, gemaakt van meer dan 100-jaar oude wijnstokken. Houtlagering: 12 maanden in Amerikaanse barriques. Gedecanteerd: twee uur op voorhand. Dichte, kersrode kleur met wat violette schakeringen aan de rand en een fraaie neus van rode bessen, vanille, balsamico-tinten en wat rokerige nuances. Complexe, volmondige smaak, met mooi rood fruit en al rijpe tannines, maar de eikinvloed is voor mij te dominant aanwezig. Behoorlijke afdronk.
