This was even better than the bottle I had some 3 years ago. Still going strong and reaching peak but plenty of life left. 100% Garnacha. Dried red cherry, spice, vanilla, dill and Old World earthiness. Not as big or heavy as its 14.5% abv would indicate. A good value.

Opened, poured, and swirled in the glass. Nice aroma of fig, chocolate, rosemary, and a bit of maraschino cherry. No bricking. Complex and well integrated. Flavors of plum, strawberry, grapefruit, black pepper, zesty baking spice, black tea, and clay pot. Medium body. Medium tannin. Medium to long finish. Nice wine. No decant needed.

PnP with a quick decant in the glass. Dark purple with a nice nose of juicy red fruits with earthy scents.
Lush on the palate with red fruits and hints of prune and mature earthy flavors. The longer this sat in the glass the earthy flavors began to over take the fruits.
Nicely balanced and decent finish but I see this as fading pretty quickly.

Best bottle yet. Well balanced with integrated earthy red fruits, dill, and moderate oak. Drink now - 2026.

Consistent with my last note, but I decanted for an hour and flavors were very enjoyable. Scores a little higher now.

Solid Granache but starting its descent...
