By the glass. Just few champagnes in this house that had not yet tasted. On the nose the Chardonnay grapes dominate the olfactory panorama with notes of peach and grapefruit. On the other hand, palate shows a tendency closer to the pastry owe with a creamy texture. Short and direct champagne with a certain acidity. Perhaps too long cellaring.

Light and bright color, zesty with a lot of lift on the palate and very fine bubbles. Citrus/green apple notes, very dry, short finish. Not super-complex complex, but very focused and tasty.

acquired in 2010, singing beautifully at the moment, flavors are still fresh but have melded a bit in the bottle, incredible complexity and ease, a bit of softness, killer match with oysters from Tomales Bay

12.5% and under tasting: 12.5%. Toast, chalk, lemon and straw. Good freshness shows on the palate, I like the acid cut present and it is pretty refreshing to drink. Easy to like.
