  Aux Brulées og Clos des Reas tasted together; same colour in the middle red range; AB broader nose more spiced compared with CR’s more pointed and more licorice; AB also broad in the taste filling all corners in the mouth; CR more “specific”, deep and concentrated; wife prefers AB (lighter) - I preferred CR as I like the concentration; both wines clearly good - so guess it is about broad and light vs deeper and concentrated

  Medium red; lovely red fruit, licorice; rounded, fruity, open, dense long aftertaste, not heavy, light expression; really fine

  Nice wine. Long life ahead, but enjoyable now for its fragrance and layer of red fruit. Enjoyed with duck confit. 91-92.
