Straw colour with a pink hue, persistent fine perlage.
On the nose: white bread, apples, cookies, tobacco leaf, caviar, mineral tones.
Soft and complex on the palate, bold, high acidity, hints of minerals, caviar, iodine, medicinal herbs. Oxidative style.
Long finish.

Starter wine for Thanksgiving dinner. Fruit forward nose with some yeasty notes. Great balance.
