  • {Visit to Oddero} A rare (and welcome) opportunity to click on the 'Love it!' button, but alas. A rather singular nose, one that speaks directly to the heart while softly stroking the mind, too. A touch of EtOH peaks out from behind the aromas of apple and cherry skin, while darker cherries mingle with truffle, pine and forest floor. A distinctive entry, too, this is big, weighty, serious, and quite full-flavored (all in a traditional sense, mind you). > one minute on the finish. Just 1800 bottles from this special ,5 hectare site. 14,5% (integrated), recommended

(while some of the other bottles in this tasting had been opened for a day or more, this was a PnP)
