Really nice wine. Easy drinking, no hard edges , decent complexity ... smooth. Aromas of darker berries, anise, and black pepper. Acidity +, good up front dark fruit. Not much of a wood/tannin element. Flavours repeat aromas. One of the better Gamay Noirs made in Ontario. A definite rebuy. At 5 years old, this wine can still be cellared but I would not go much longer then a few more years to keep in this really nice drinking window.
