The 2011 Cros P takes around 4 hour plus to fully blossom with red fruit, nutmeg, and spice. There is a hinge of vintage greenness on the nose and palate, but it is clearly not obtrusive. The wine builds up more layers and power throughout the night with air. For the 2011 vintage, the wine is clearly a big outperformer in the “big boy” camp.
