  The wine was dark purple in colour. On day one it had an intriguing nose with coffee flavoured chocolate, lots of fruit, and vanilla pudding, On the palate the wine showed vanilla pudding. Jammy fruit, and coffee flavoured chocolate on the finish. The wine had a creamy mouth-feel. (87)
  
  We saved one glass and consumed it two days later (vacuum-pumped). The wine still showed lots of fruit (now actually more like fruit yoghurt) on the nose and on the palate, but the wine was unfocused and felt thick and somewhat goopy on the palate. It left a liquorice-like mouth-feel. (85+)
