Tasted blind. Pale yellow color in the glass. The bouquet shows moderate intensity, with honeysuckle, green apple, white flowers, lavender and a touch of lychee. The palate is dry, with medium body and surprisingly low acidity. It brings primarily melon, more honeysuckle and a hint of lemon. Finishes at medium length with a slightly drying finish. I guessed Roussanne initially and was not surprised to see this was a blend.

Still going strong. In fact, this held up for over a week just being recorked and cellared for the second half of the bottle. Even with that much air, the oxidation was minimal and the bouquet only slightly faded. I think I'll be upping my allocation on this in the future as I've followed the Terre Blanche since '09 and it gets better each vintage.

Deliciously rich with loads of balanced fruit & acidity ... really fun with seafood medley. Hit the mark with us.
