  EDIT A WEEK LATER: after I made this tasting note I chucked this wine in the fridge and sipped it like a dessert wine. In that setting it was fantastic. Didn't deteriorate over the course of the week and the white fruit flavors persisted and, if anything, deepened. This is actually a really really nice wine.
