shared with pat at selkirk manor to celebrate the end of the work week. paired with baked salmon from la bella which was the best we have had from them so far. delicately seasoned, not too salty, moist, firm but not stringy. wasn't expecting much from this bottle. it turned out to be quite interesting. nice nose. flavor profile reminds me of macon villages that we used to enjoy many years ago. nice balance of fruit and acidity. i taste mostly lemon/lime and nectarine. held up well to the food. might have enough backbone to go another year.
