Nose: cherry, hickory, pine, dried cranberry, mushroom, sour fruits. Taste: smoky and a little spicy. Medium full and dry. Molasses, Chinese cough syrup, burnt maple. Cherry, cranberry, leather. Nice depth in the body with creamy texture. A little red orange too. This is a better expression than most Pinot. Interesting wine and easy drinking. Lingering finish is a bit too bitter.
Nose: cherry, cedar wood, pine resin, licorice, smokey, very Pinot noir profile. Taste: rich smokey notes. Medium body, dry. Chinese cough syrup, maple syrup, molasses: rich notes! Fruits are cranberry, sour cherry, red currant, lingon berry. Nice balance and texture, lingering fruity/smokey finish. Well integrated and very interesting notes. Superior to Pinot noir! Really like this.
