Served with Roast Beef @ 15c/60f. Typical California Cabernet, Dark Red, Med-Full Bodied, prominent tannins. Left a woody impression, like cedar or redwood. Spouse likes Paso Robles Cabernets, but this is too 'Woody' for me and I would not purchase again.

Tight out of the bottle even with aeration. But after a half hour the tannins softened, the dark fruit opened quite well and the wine continued to improve to the bottom of the bottle. Very good QPR.
