Medium gold color (more gold as time passed). Nose of acacia, soothing steel, subtle citrus, apple core. Layers of cool granny apple, incisive grapefruit, hints of petrol, and the sweep of dry grip counterpointed by a suggestion of cream on the tensile palate. Lovely acidity and strong mineral spine. Long finish of stony, luxuriant white fruit. So beautiful.

Smoking. Love Roulot 11's, in a really nice spot here. Still got plenty of energy and life, rich with lot's of mineral cut. Seen a few good Roulot's of late from 14' + 11', seems like that period that might have been a bit of a high water mark for the producer. Personally I find you need to be a bit more cautious with what you buy here of late.

Popped and poured. Medium yellow. Spicy citrus infused nose with some grapefruit and flint. Strong palate, well balanced and shows lemony dry extract and a lively acidic cut. Ready to go.

PNP. Citrus spice on nose. Crisp palate, lemon ginger notes. Great texture. Beautiful.
