Still has a $29.99 price tag. Mid neck fill. Cork broke during extraction. A modest 13% alcohol. Deep garnet color with mahogany overtones. Slightly sweetish Shiraz fruit up front followed by slightly dusty tannins. Fading fruit but still nice. Not too much else to say. Particles of sediment inside of empty bottle and in the bottom of the final glass. Drink up!

Age had thinned the color and lessened the bouquet but not the rather striking flavor. It reminded me of how much I enjoyed Clancy's and saddened me when I consider the decline of the more recent vintages.

What a wonderful surprise. Had tucked away and pulled on a whim. Much more complex than expected and very smooth on finish. Deep in color and earthy nose. Wish I had bought more, true bargin.

Very nice wine. Showing a bit of age in color, but still full of life in its deep garnet. Nose very soft and full of complexity. Blackberry, spice box, smoke and oak with a brambly tinge. On the palate, cranberry, cherry and vanilla with toasted oak and asian spices. Very controlled but deep flavor profile. Finish is so smooth and very fine with just a hint of sweet tannin at the end.

Pleasant, aged well and at peak. Not complex or powerful, but a fine example of Cab-Shiraz.
