Fleming's Walnut Creek Fifty Tastes One Night. Thin bight red color in the glass indicated a light weight pinot noir, supposedly strawberry aroma was to me sweet/sour cherry cough drops on the nose for fruit, more of the same on the palate, light body, touch of allspice, with a light/medium finish.
Needs some more time. Dried fruit - cherries, currants and strawberries. Subtle earthy flavors - leaves, tobacco. Good flavor but alcohol is a bit forward now. I would hold for another 1-3 years to soften and bring out the earthy flavors. I would serve with cheese. Dairy will soften the alcohol.
