Nose was pretty closed down, with only hints of lemon rind, citrus and a bit of floral melon. Soft round mouthfeel with grapefruit, lemongrass, and a hint of honey. All in all an easy drinking Bdx Blanc, and for $9 it's an easy choice to pick up more.

Classic white Bordeaux, clean in glass, aromas of tropical fruits and cut hay. Flavors of pink grapefruit, a touch of mango and lemon/lime, a hint of beeswax and peach, with a pleasant medium finish.

Light straw in color, clean and clear with aromas of cut melon and sea air. Palate opens smoothly, with flavors of white peach, red grapefruit, touches of saline, mineral and crisp acidity in nice balance. Tasty.

Blind at Auggie's: Slight spritz, hint of green; lemon-lime, apple, tropical citrus, unripe grapefruit and hint of grass; bone dry, high acidity, medi body, alc.; detected white flowers radish, slight white pepper; later got nuance of stinky sock, cheese rind, almond. Guessed '10 Gruner Veltliner. Note: follow initial instincts with the grapefruit and grass!

Excellent value for money, lovely elderflower nose, fresh and lively, eminently quaffable.
