Very nice chalk and stone on the nose, with a hint of saltwater and touches of lemon and quince. On the palate, an interesting mix of chalk and creaminess. Good acid backbone and a nice long finish. Every bit as good as my previous bottle.
delicious with fish on the third night and with some good french cheese on the first evening Initial fruit and minerals not as well integrated as it was on the third night Drink or hold Some further development will be helpful
I was not familiar with Chenin-Blanc, but took a chance on this one. And I'm glad I did! Light in color and in body the nose is a delightful bouquet of flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is bone-dry and distinctively delicate, with notes of lemon, lime, minerals, and a surprising finish of apricots. Lots to love here.
