From 75cl, good Champagne cork. Bottled 9.08.2013, disgorged April 2015. A fine bottle, the aromatic blackcurrant-leaf note previously recorded very present. This bottle very dry, perhaps nearing the end of its drinking window. 89P

From 75cl, perfect Champagne cork. Bottled 9.08.2013, disgorged April 2015. Good clean BdN, on the sweet side of Brut, lowish acidity. Expansive fruity scent with a hint of blackcurrant leaf; the first sip was the best impression, thereafter it paled rapidly. Holding up well but not improving with cellar time. 87(-88)P

From 75cl, good Champagne cork. Bottled 09.08.2013; disgorged 04.2015. As previously noted, this bottle a little thinner than expected, with an attractive but rather dominant chervil aroma. 89P

From 75cl, perfect Champagne cork. Bottled 9.08.2013, disgorged April 2015. After another ghastly encounter with a Grande Marque NV on 05.02.2018 which tasted like a product of the Coca Cola Company (TN: Ruinart) I sorely wanted to taste something more real, and this definitely fitted the bill. Rich, generous, red apple and redcurrant fruit, a bit sweeter than I'd ideally like, but it's all genuine here, even if I can't find the depths and wide horizons described by forceberry on 03.09.2014 (in a bottle of similar age at that time). Good wine, good value at 30 € retail. 89-90P

Fantastic creamy apple pie and cream flavours with clove spice and lovely texture. Brilliant stuff.
