This seems beautifully integrated at this point, taking on tertiary characteristics. Balanced, with lovely acidity. Highly enjoyable over three nights, holding or perhaps even gaining at the end. Happy to have one more, and we will wait a few years to open.

Salty, dry, and delicious dark fruit on the palate, with with a savory nose of black pepper, lilacs, and blackcurrants. A complex puzzle of aromas and flavors fitting together. Lovely with blue cheese on baguette toasts after dinner.

Aromas of red berries, roses, earth, blackberry thicket, and tea. Dry sweet fruit on the palate with a warm acid pelt and with a savory aromatic relish on the finish. Delicious with salmon, asparagus, and hollandaise.

Forward nose of raspberries, baking spice, and underbrush, with an enveloping aroma of perfumed flowers. Crisp acid on the palate with soft dry penetrating fruit and a lingering acid finish. Seamless, elegant, and balanced. 50 + 17 + 16 + 9 = 92.

Ethereal nose of roses and redcurrants with fine soil tones. Bright fruit on the palate with a dry salty finish. Excellent with pan fried salmon.
