  Similar to my 2021 comments. Decanted 2+ hours before serving. Cherry aroma and flavor still predominant. If anything a smoother mouthfeel and finish.
  Really complimented New Year's Eve lamb shanks!

  Garagiste selection. 14% ABV. 100% Syrah
  
  Color: very dark purple with brown edge. Viscous legs
  Nose: Medium to full. Complex dried fruits and berries, especially cherry. Notable aromas of cloves and pepper
  Body/flavor: Full body. Complex flavors of dried fruits and berries. Spicy. Good acid balance.
  Aftertaste: lingering spicy finish
