Killer Syrah. Strikes an excellent balance between fruity, earthy, and meaty. A superb example of what SLH has to offer. Pairs equally well with sirloin and dark chocolate. A beautiful, deep, rich wine that I perhaps drank 3-5 years before it's prime. Fabulous now, no need to wait, but no need to rush either.
