Bought at Bacchus Cave in Geneve, September 2011; tasted, October 2011, DC. Apparently the best producer in Switzerland. Pale lemon/white rim; honey and white fruit aromas; very dry palate with mineral tones, some honey suckle, relatively high acid. *** (possibly **** with age).
