Classic burgundy. Decanted for 3 hours. Had with classic blBeef Bourguignon wich paired beautifully. Drinking perfectly right now. Cherry, leather, rose petals. Good acidity. Light to medium tannin, but lingers on the finish. May have several years left but honestly think it is marvellous now.
