Had at Cavalier in San Francisco without decant. Little in the way of tannins but still felt like infanticide or at least that this should have had time to breathe, though honestly it didn't evolve all that much over 45min in the glass. Definitely more complex than the typical anemic $20 Burgundy that I usually get to drill but a long way from deeply satisfying.

Tight nose upon opening, got bit better in the glass but a simple wine

Medium body and moderate tannins. Very approachable.
