  Medium ruby, dark, shiny core. Lots of red fruit in the palate, sour cherry, some medicinal notes, Polished tannins but with very good dry extract and acidity providing punch. Not thin or unripe like some 2011. Well done. Harmand-Geoffroy is really an up and coming name. 94-95. Young, can drink with a short decant but better wait till 2021

  Belle bouteille, producteur méconnu mais qui gagne à l'être. Au jeu de la comparaison, on pourrait dire que le fruit manque un peu de pureté... cerises et griottes. Il y a un léger côté fermier, animal. La bouche est dense et il y a une belle longueur.

  Lovely color. The nose features subtle aroms of ripe red berries, flowers, spice, minerals and a hint of oak. This is medium full bodied on the palate with very good concentration and good finesse. The long finish features good acidity and ripe tannins. Very good style. A bit forward...

  Uno dei vini più buoni della settimana!! Che bomba!!
  Se si considera che il Mazis è il cru più tannico e tardivo di Gevrey, se si considera che l' abbiamo bevuto quasi gelato.... non oso immaginare tra 10 anni cosa sarà questa meraviglia.
  Tanta materia, tannino stupendo, terra, more e un corpo da far venire i brividi. Gnam Gram!!
