Tasted over 4 hrs -nearly semi-translucent brilliant dark red minimal bricking -slight varnish note that fades a bit over 2 hrs may indicate a touch of VA sitting atop bright red fruit and wet stone -med+ acidity, med/med- weight not particularly concentrated stony bright red fruit iron that takes on a softer texture and purer fruit after 3 hrs, wispy chalky med/med- tannins -really quite nice after a few hours of air

Decanted about 90 min; nose is strongly vegetables (smells like a minestrone), light+ body, palate is more herbs, vegetables and earthy tones; the fruit has almost entirely gone and the secondary and tertiary notes are prevailing now; decent long finish. This is not my favorite Pommard for sure.

Quite consistent with previous notes. Not overly generous or expressive, quite cool and fresh. Decent fruit, rustic structure, medium complexity and length. Drink up. 88-90
