This is approaching end of life. Bought at a store today and stored ordinarily on the shelf. Was on clearance so figured I would take a chance.
It’s still drinkable and able to tell that this was good in its youth. But it is past its prime and on the down slope. The note is about a wine not properly stored.
If you have purchased years ago and properly stored I’ll bet it’s drinking well right now. B

Nice Fruit Cherry, blueberry and blackberry with an earthly background. A hint of cinnamon, clove and smoke. Well balanced. Medium-long aftertaste with the fruit lasting to the end.

Anderson Valley. Hillside blocks with Western exposure. This is pretty big for Pinot, lots of layers jumping out. Could develop for a while. Cherry, earth, but bright earth, sweet pepper, not really spicy but it's there. Interesting, conversational.
